Happy Thursday:

WV Studies-  Today we continued on the first section of ch. 5 Governemnt.  I took a grade on their frayer models of 4 vocabulary words and we completed a graphic organizer on the 5 principles of Dem. gov.  Ch. 4 Assesments due tomorrow.

Reading:  We completed reading "The Monkey's Paw" and discussed the story.  Students finished their AR Tests for this grading period.  We will have an AR reading day tomorrow.

Math 8 quiz tomorrow on Pythagorean Theorem

Language Arts: Reviewed they're, there, and their. Open-note quiz on depedent and independent clauses. Began comic strips on clauses.
