Hello! Here are your class updates:

Science: We took a test today and students turned in their study guides for more credit. Tomorrow, we are starting Harry Potter genetics!

Social Studies: Continuation of yesterday's lesson: Starting Tuesday April 16, students began working on a group project associated with the timber industry in WV. Students will complete 5 stations dealing with the industry. The project will be worth 100 pts., 20 pts. per station. We will finish up Friday April 19th. Each group was supplied with a project packet with instructions and a grading rubric for each station.

Math: Students took the SMI; there is no homework!

Reading: 3,7,8th periods took a test. 5th period students continued reading The Watson's go to Birmingham. There is no homework.

English: 8th period took the SRI. Today students presented their author research. Tomorrow will probably be the last day that students will present on their authors.
